Village of Hicksville Sewer Rates

Effective January 1, 2010

A. A user charge, which is to be paid by all persons, structures, lots, etc., contributing sewage to the Village sewer system, shall be as follows:
1. Six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50) per 1,000 gallons over minimum

B. Users outside of the Village shall have such charges multiplied by a factor of two (2) to determine the surcharge for the use of the Village sewer system.

C. For those users who do not have water meters, a flat rate per month shall be charged as follows:
1. Thirty dollars and fifty cents ($30.50)

D. There shall be a minimum charge, which includes the first 1,000 gallons, per month for each and every user of the Village sewer system as follows:
1. Eleven dollars and no cents ($11.00)

Village of Hicksville Water Rates

Effective January 1, 2010

A. There shall be a charge for each and every 1,000 gallons of water, over the minimum, used within the Village as follows:
1. Two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90)

B. Users outside of the Village of Hicksville shall have such charges multiplied by a factor of two to determine the surcharge for the users of the Village water system.

C.There will be a minimum monthly charge, which includes the first 1,000 gallons of water, for each and every user of the Village water system, as follows:
1. Eight dollars and no cents ($8.00)
